today i can not login the securepoint v11 with the user "admin" and the password that is still valid last firday. but nobody changed the password.
it there any way that we can used to get the password back?
i have exported a file named "configuration-wizard-26.02.13-04-20-24.utm.crdownload" after we finished configuration.
i lost my password for admin, is there any way to get it back?

The passwords are only saved encrypted in the configuration. There is no way to recover them.
If you have a backup of your configuration (the "crdownload"-file is just a temporary file, while the download in Google Chrome is running), you can re-install the software, import your backup and then change the password.

Was wäre, wenn man mit einer entsprechenden Software die zwei Hashes unter "users" mit welchen tauscht, welche zu einem bekannten Passwort gehören... allerdings dann eine Fehlermeldung bekommt dass die Verifikation fehlgeschlagen ist.
Wo müsste man denn dann, rein hypothetisch :twisted: , noch den Hash zur Verifikation zusätzlich hinkopieren.
Uns ist das ganze bei einem Kunden passiert :roll: :roll:
