Sorry, but i am able to read this forum without any graphical errors/ glitches even under 800x600 resolution. The new securepoint website and this forum are not optimized for a minimum of 800x600. But they are fully functioning.
I tested it with mozilla firefox/ Opera and IE8.
If you could tell wich browser was used and on wich URL the graphical glitch occured we would be able to do an research.
