Message "the server you are connected to is not registered"

newly loaded server says " the server you are connected to is not registered. You cant install security updates and the virusscanner will not use the actual recognition patterns".

Are the updates and antispam/antivirus features not available in the free software version?

OK - i sent an e-mail well over a week and a half ago to the e-mail address vertrieb@securepoint.de and i have not received any response. I have also sent an e-mail t o several other addresses on your website and not received a response yet.

I'm trying to find out if there is a full-functioning trial version available to test the effectiveness of the anti-spam and anti-virus filtering. Can you please forward this to someone who will contact me directly at sean@supportresolutions.com?
