Nice to hear everything is working fine.
The reason why live reports is blank because, Our application will look for an attribute duration in the syslog, which is not available in your device.
This is the reason why we were not able to populate live reports.
Instead of uploading those files in the securepoint forum, we will release a hotfix which will include the support of secure point device.
You can just give a notification that our product will support Securepoint firewall device.
Please get back to us for further clarifications.
