Hallo zusammen,

ich bin auf folgendes Problem gestoßen:

Ich habe bei einem Kunden E-Mail Greylisting aktiviert.
Der Kunde meldete mir das ein E-Mail um 12:13 Uhr abgeschickt wurde, aber erst am Folgetag um 03:47 eingetroffen ist.

Nach der Durchsicht der LOG Files konnte ich dieses nachvollziehen.

Der Absender hat ein Outlook.com Konto.
Aus dem LOG geht hervor das die Mail von vielen unterschiedlichen Gateways gesendet wird.
Die Mail wird erst angenommen wenn sie (zufälligerweise) zwei mal vom gleichen Gateway (relay=mail-am1on0122.outbound.protection.outlook.com [157.56.112.122]) zugestellt wird.

Eine Idee dies zu verhindern??

Sie können den Absender im Greylist ausnehmen. Hier aber bitte nur den Absender nicht die Domain.

Das kommt leider bei immer mehr Providern zu solchen Situationen.
Ich denke die Tage des Greylistings sind langsam gezählt. Wenn sich daran nichts ändert wird es immer mehr zum Lotto wann Mail zugestellt werden.
Vielleicht sollte man sich da ne andere Logic überdenken.

Bei dem Beispiel oben:

könnte man zum Beispiel Absender Empfänger und *.outbound.protection.outlook.com oder sogar *.outlook.com in die Tabelle eintragen, statt die IP Adresse.
Dann käme die Mail bei zweiten Zustellversuch durch.
