Before my netgear (SSL312) device has ever sent a syslog message, the netgear device does not show up in the list of appliances in the 'log client'.
After the netgear has sent its first syslog message, the IP address of the netgear device suddenly appears in the 'log client' but when i filter on that netgear appliance the log client, nothing is returned
